In 2001, Absolute Translations was founded by a single translator speaking four languages. Over the last twenty years, our business has grown from strength to strength, providing over 200 languages with our quick translation services. Alongside a dedicated client-base who regularly rely on our services, we believe our growth is thanks to improving translation technology.
Since our beginnings in the 2000s, it has been our priority to build flawless systems and processes to ensure the translation process is carried out efficiently. We don’t believe in machine translations to provide quick translation services. Instead, we use the latest translation technology, SDL Trados, to create a folder with all the translations completed for each client. By creating a translation memory per brand, our translation team is able to keep track of specific terminology, update translation guidelines and avoid duplicated content.
Following the implementation of this sophisticated translation technology, we have been recognised for our achievements in this area. In 2019, we received the award for the System Assets Creator of the Year following our pioneering work under the translation specific ISO 17100 certification.
Over the past two decades, we established a number of offices around the world including London, Spain, France and Germany. Translation technology has allowed our teams worldwide to work together with clear communication and reduced human errors.
